The Turkish Ministry of culture and Tourism announced the number of Chinese tourists coming to our country. The number of Chinese tourists who came to Turkey in November was 31.000 an increase of 62% compared to the same period last year. In December 2019, that figure was 48.000.

The highest number of tourists had arrived in July of 2018, with 42,000 on a monthly basis. We hope this record will be renewed. In 2019, there was a bounce in Chinese tourist after September. It’s hard to predict how much something like this will happen this year.

The Information and communication technologies (ICT) sector has become an essential part of the economy, in particular social life, since it is directly or indirectly affecting the ever-changing business world. The life sciences and healthcare sectors are considered industries of strategic importance in Turkey, especially when taking into consideration their social and economic impacts. Turkey showed its commitment to healthcare reforms with the implementation of the “Healthcare Transformation Program” introduced in 2004 by the Ministry of Health. A rapidly growing young population is one of the key factors driving demand for healthcare in Turkey.
